Who is the data controller
This policy covers the website closemoresales.io, the Sales Panel at app.closemoresales.io, and the training platform members get access to.
What data we process
- Contact details you give when you sign up, buy or write to us: name, email, phone, company.
- Purchase and subscription data: which plan you picked, payment status. We don't see or store your card details; the payment service provider handles them.
- Data you enter yourself in the Sales Panel: clients, deals, tasks, activities and questions to the "Ask Edmunds" chat. This is your work data, and we use it only to keep the panel running.
- Technical data on how you use our pages: device, browser, pages visited, cookies and ad statistics.
Why we process it
- To deliver what you signed up for or bought: training, the panel, Zoom calls, access to materials (performance of a contract).
- To get in touch with you about the service: invitations, access, reminders, answers to your questions.
- To send you info about our offers, if you've signed up to get it. You can opt out at any time with the link at the bottom of the email (consent).
- To improve our pages and service and to measure ad results (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal requirements, for example in accounting.
Who helps us process data
Your data is processed only as much as the service needs, and only by service providers we have a contract with:
- Systeme.io: sending emails, sign-up forms and payments.
- Skool: the training platform and community.
- Supabase and Vercel: running the Sales Panel and storing data (European Union servers, where available).
- Google: signing in to the panel with a Google account, and the member list spreadsheet.
- Anthropic and OpenAI: answers in the "Ask Edmunds" chat. Your questions are sent to prepare an answer and are not used to train these companies' models.
- Meta: ad statistics on our websites (Meta pixel).
Some of these services may process data outside the European Union. In those cases, we rely on contract clauses approved by the European Commission or another legal basis provided by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an active subscription or we're in touch about the service. After your subscription ends, we keep your panel data for another 12 months so you can come back, then we delete it. We keep accounting documents for as long as the law requires. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, and we'll stop sending them.
Cookies
Our websites use cookies to make the site work and to measure ad results (Meta pixel). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. In the panel, we only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Your rights
- Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data when it's no longer needed for the service or by law.
- Restrict the processing or object to it.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing emails.
- File a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv) if you think we're handling your data wrongly.
To use these rights, write to support@closemoresales.io. We reply within one month, usually sooner.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. We email members about any major changes.
